When is check-in and check-out time? Check-in is at 3 pm. Check-out is at 11 am. If you’re looking to check in early or check out late, please call us and we will see what we can do.
What is the latest time to check in? We have a 24/7 front desk agent to welcome you whenever you arrive.
Is it possible to have breakfast or dinner? You will find all amenities under one roof. Have breakfast at Empire Coffee, enjoy a drink after your adventure at Uptown Pizza Sportsbar, and have dinner with us at Louie’s Steakhouse. The Grant Liquor Store is conveniently located next to the hotel.
Can I get food delivered to my room? Yes, you can. We offer room service from either Uptown Pizza Sportsbar or Louie’s Steakhouse.
Do you have a fridge? Will I be able to store my food? In our guest lounge on the first floor, we have coffee making facilities, an ice machine, a soda machine, and a fridge. We recommend labeling your food with your name or room number, as our housekeeping team ensures that no food is left in the fridge too long.
Do you accept pets? Yes, we love furry friends (as long as they don’t sleep on the bed). We charge an extra $25 per pet.
Do you have an age limit? We do not. Anyone of any age, including pets, is welcome!
What are the advantages of staying at the Adventure Hotel? So many! We are centrally located in Nelson. Our building offers some of the finest food and beverage options in town. We are the only hotel with parking right by our front door, and you receive discounts when booking tours and activities with our partners.
Can I cancel my booking? You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your check-in date.
Is there parking for hotel guests? Parking in Nelson is limited. We have secured 10 spots behind the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis.
How far away are you from downtown Nelson? We are in the downtown core of Nelson, one block away from Baker St. Once you are parked, you can walk to everything you need.
